Food Truck Friday
Come to Carousel Village in Roger Williams Park Zoo for Food Truck Friday on Fridays until September 29. There will be a changing rotation of more than 15 food trucks each week, along with local beer and wine from Trinity Brewhouse, live entertainment, and other activities. Rhode Island Monthly has named Food Truck Friday the best food event in the state for the past five years.
Narrated Boat Tours of Providence
These tours will appeal to everyone, whether you are a Rhode Island native or visiting for the first time. Running through the end of October, these award-winning narrated tours explore the Providence River, Riverwalk, Waterplace Park, the Fox Point Hurricane Barrier, and the Providence Industrial Harbor. Passengers will experience historical, nautical, and architectural points of interest.
Twilight River Cruises
Spend an evening under the stars on a twilight river cruise at the Providence River Boat Company. Sit back and relax with complimentary wine and Prosecco from Rhode Island’s Gooseneck Vineyards while you take in the breathtaking views of the capital city in a different light. Cruise Thursday-Saturday nights through the end of September.
